What is considered a party or event?
Having more guests than the maximum number the home sleeps.
Music that can be heard from outside.
Can we smoke at the property?
Outside is perfectly fine. Smoking inside is prohibited and may result in the loss of your security deposit.
How many cars can fit in the driveway?
Our homes can fit 2 cars in the driveway and we have additional free parking on the street-side..
What is the check in process?
We will send you a door code and other welcome info the day before you arrive. Simply enter the door code followed by the checkmark to access the home.
Can we check out after 10am?
We can sometimes accommodate a later check out. If it is available, it is $25/hour for up to 2 hours (until 12 noon).
