House Rules

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS POLICY

Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule.

Our home can only accommodate the number of guests shown in the listing details, no additional guests permitted

NO SMOKING POLICY
Absolutely NO smoking of any kind inside of our home, please! If there is evidence of smoking inside, whether that is the smell, ashes, burn marks, etc, you will lose your security deposit.

Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE only. We just ask that you dispose of any cigarette butts or wrappers in the trash bins.

PETS
Dogs & cats are welcome! Please limit the number of pets to 2. Our pet fee is a $75 one time charge. If you have a need to bring more than 2, please talk with us prior to booking. Unannounced pets will incur a $250 fee.

We maintain a safe & pleasant neighborhood with onsite security and security cameras on the streetlight poles.
